How do I contact a customer about their order?

  1. Login to your Seller Dashboard
  2. Under Sales, click "Orders"
  3. Find and click on the order number for the customer you want to contact.
  4. Scroll down to "Comments on Order"
  5. Add your comments, select the status and elect "Yes" to notify customer.
  6. Click "Save Changes"
  7. Your comment will appear under the "Order Status Log" as confirmation.
